Mohammad Allan is being held by the Israeli Prison Services (IPS). Early this morning he was transferred from the intensive care unit in Soroka Hospital, Beer Al-Sabe to Barzilai hospital, Askalan. Allan is in a critical condition, not taking any minerals, vitamins or supplements and has refused medical examinations."
  • "Stand With Palestinian Prisoners: Hunger Strike Solidarity!" We, the undersigned organizations and individuals, express our solidarity with the Palestinian political prisoners in Israeli jails launching hunger strikes and urge that their just demands be immediately implemented. Sign: here!
"These demands are basic principles of justice. The violent raids and attacks by special forces; the ongoing denial of family visits and medical care to Palestinian prisoners; and the difficult and often dangerous living conditions in Israeli jails (particularly now, as temperatures soar and Palestinian prisoners suffer in the heat) are abhorrent. The use of administrative detention to imprison hundreds of Palestinians without charge or trial is an illegitimate and unlawful attack on Palestinians' basic civil and political rights."
  • "Call to action from Ahmad Sa’adat: Boycott Israel!" (Samidoun, July 29, 2015): klik hier!
"Ahmad Sa’adat, the imprisoned General Secretary of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and Palestinian national political leader, issued the following call to international supporters of Palestine to escalate the campaigns for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions at all levels in support of the prisoners’ struggle.
  • “On Nakba day, Palestinian civil society in besieged Gaza decries collective failure to ensure accountability for Israeli massacre" (BDS Movement, May 15, 2015): klik hier!
As Palestinians commemorate the Nakba, the catastrophe in 1948 when more than 700,000 indigenous Palestinians were ethnically cleansed from their homes by Zionist militias and later the State of Israel, life in the occupied and besieged Gaza Strip is reaching a fatal tipping point, as the UN has warned.
Close to 2 million Palestinians are incarcerated by Israel in a small space condemned to a life of misery, where not even water, the source of life, is fit for human consumption. The provision of basic services such as health and education is faltering and the alarm must be sounded. This is an Israeli-made “tsunami” that can be stopped if enough people of conscience around the world would hold Israel to account and pressure their institutions and governments to do so. Israel must pay a heavy price for its criminal behaviour...".
  • “(UNICEF): "Remove Robbie Williams As Ambassador”. Petition, change.org: klik hier!
To: The Board of Directors, UNICEF UK: "We, the undersigned, call on you to remove Robbie Williams from his ambassador role, and to remove Tim Clark (Robbie Williams manager) from his Vice President role.

  • URGENT! Petition to Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon: "Include Israel’s army on the UN list of serious violators of children’s rights!": 4PALKIDS.
70 years of occupation, ethnic cleansing, and unspeakable wars have lead only to a shrinking Palestine and an oppressed unarmed population whose children are being systematically targeted by the Israeli military.
-- 700-1000 Palestinian children every year face arrest, interrogation, torture, detention and imprisonment for alleged crimes including throwing stones at Israeli soldiers. Resisting one's occupier is permissible under international law and yet Israel and the world see that as criminal and deserving of punishment.
-- 2,587 Palestinian children have been killed since 2000 by the Israeli forces.
-- 21,737 Palestinian children have been injured since 2000 by the Israeli forces.
-- 1,392 Palestinian children have been permanently disabled since 2000 by the Israeli forces.
