De stuurgroep van Bacbi (Belgische academische en culturele boycot van Israël) vraagt de Leuvense rector beleefd edoch dringend een einde te maken aan de betrokkenheid van de universiteit in een onderzoek waarvan niet alleen een Israëlische universiteit de leiding heeft, maar waarbij ook de Israëlische politie betrokken is.

Un groupe de cinquante professeurs de l’Université de Gand demandent que soit mis un terme à la collaboration de leur université avec des partenaires de recherche israéliens du fait que ces derniers auraient des liens trop étroits avec l’armée israélienne. « Cette collaboration équivaut à une complicité à des crimes de guerre et à des crimes contre l’humanité. »

Fifty professors associated with Ghent University have signed an open letter demanding that the university stop its collaboration with research partners in Israel that help develop weaponry used against Palestinians.

Een groep van vijftig UGent-professoren roept op om een einde te maken aan de samenwerking van de Gentse universiteit met Israëlische onderzoekspartners omdat die te nauwe banden zouden hebben met het Israëlische leger. 'Deze samenwerking komt neer op medeplichtigheid aan oorlogsmisdaden en misdaden tegen de mensheid.'
